Midterm grading

I looked at the grade distribution and decided to make a small adjustment. Don't panic, it's adjusted the happy way.

Take the maximum grade to be 21 instead of 23.

For those of you that took the exam at a different time, take your percentage and multiply by 27/21.

Or 9/7.
